ElevateU is a global continuous improvement and workplace wellbeing partner for growing organisations, born from a vision in 2016 to make world-class Lean and Kaizen support accessible beyond large corporates. It began as independent consulting, built on 25+ years of transformation experience in senior Fortune 50 roles.
ElevateU was formally established as a company in the UK in 2023, and in 2025 expanded its focus to India, one of the world's fastest-growing economies.
Our work is built on one observation: processes improve only as far as the people running them can sustain. Stress, fatigue and burnout quietly undo operational gains. That's why we work on both.
For Indian organisations, we bring international experience of running world-class operations across the UK, US and global markets. We help teams build the quality, consistency and process discipline that international trade demands, including ZED-aligned practices, so that "Made in India" stands for reliable, competitive and sustainable performance.
For government, PSU and private-sector organisations, we deliver capacity building programmes that strengthen both people and performance: employee wellbeing and stress management, burnout prevention, leadership development, project management training, workplace safety culture, and women's welfare and wellbeing at work. Our programmes complement occupational health and wellbeing obligations under India's new Labour Codes, and build the behavioural competencies emphasised under Mission Karmayogi. 250+ frontline staff have been trained so far.

Mudita Srivastava
Mudita is an operational excellence and transformation leader with 25+ years at Fortune 50 companies, including Amazon, Expedia, GE, HSBC, and Morgan Stanley. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she has delivered 70%+ improvements in critical processes and £100M+ in business impact across the UK, EU, and North America. At ElevateU, she leads both the operational excellence and workplace wellbeing practices, helping organisations build stronger systems and steadier people.
Government Partnerships & Policy Lead
Vipula
A lawyer by training, Vipula has practised with top-tier firms in the UK, New York, Hong Kong and East Asia. Her work with the Government of India gave her a close understanding of how public institutions operate and what they prioritise. At ElevateU, she brings that policy lens to our work with government, PSU and private-sector clients, ensuring programmes align with regulatory and workforce welfare requirements.
Corporate Wellness Lead
Dr Shruti
Dr Shruti Agrawal is a corporate wellness specialist with a background in functional medicine, counselling and cognitive practices. She designs evidence-based programmes that help employees reduce stress, prevent burnout and build resilience, connecting physical and mental health, including the gut–brain link. She has worked with organisations across the UK, India and the USA. At ElevateU, she co-leads our workplace wellbeing programmes and our Signal → Regulate → Restore method.
Women's Health Expert & Lead Trainer:
Dr Kirti Agrawal
Dr Kirti Agrawal is a UK GP specialising in women's health and a British Menopause Society menopause care provider. MRCOG-qualified in obstetrics and gynaecology, she brings 13+ years of clinical experience across India, the UAE and the UK. At ElevateU, she leads our menopause awareness and women's health programmes, delivering workplace menopause sessions, manager training and expert-led seminars that help organisations support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Strategic Leadership & Cybersecurity Advisor
Col (Dr.) Dinesh Sharma
An Indian Army veteran with four decades of strategic leadership, Col (Dr) Dinesh holds a PhD in Cyber Security and is a serving professor. His expertise spans organisational transformation, institutional governance and cybersecurity resilience. At ElevateU, he advises government and private-sector clients on leadership and governance, and his experience of high-pressure, frontline environments informs our work with government and uniformed services.

Vivek
Vivek brings 14+ years of experience in product management and operational excellence across e-commerce, SaaS and manufacturing. He has taken products from conception to scale, led digital transformation journeys and built high-performing teams. At ElevateU, he combines strategic thinking with on-ground mentoring, helping teams build lasting capability in product management, Lean and process improvement, so the gains hold long after the engagement ends.
