Assesment
Our initial analysis phase involves understanding your business and the flow of operations - specifically, how work is actually done. This includes GEMBA walks and documenting the processes end-to-end from the shop floor to supporting functions. We prioritize clear communication and collaboration throughout this stage.
Output: a clear view of constraints and a shortlist of high-leverage opportunities.
Build Capability
Make it teachable, not dependent
This is where many consulting engagements break. Results depend on the consultant being present.
We do the opposite. We equip your team to run improvements without us. We create a team of Lean / Kaizen Champions that can continue to develop and implement the culture of CI.
Output: internal ownership, confidence, and a repeatable method.
Carry - Out (Deploy)
Execute improvements in the real world. We coach and mentor the Lean Champions to carry out the pilot Lean and Kaizen projects to solve priority problems and demonstrate quick wins.
Standardize successful practices and roll them out across other lines, cells, or departments.
